1440 Minutes per day - use them wisely

There are 1440 minutes per day - using the ten-minute rule - What can you do in blocks of ten minutes that will change your life or the life of someone else? Ten minutes during the week is 70 minutes (I am good at math without a calculator ) - 70 minutes over 52 weeks is 3650 minutes and slightly more than 60 hours.

Imagine the power of those 60 minutes if you write a note of thanks to 60 different people.

The power of ten minutes

1. Call a loved one - a short talk is better than no talk

2. Write a get-well card

3. Send a thank you card

4. Declutter one section of your desk

5. Meditate

6. Clean out one section of your closet and give items to a shelter

7. Do 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, & 10 burpees

8. White down a few items you are grateful for in your life

9. Read something inspirational

10. Be thankful
